Usage and refunds

Plans

A free account gets 10 credits, once, and can keep 1 project draft. Publishing a project needs a plan. The prices and limits below are the ones on the pricing page.

Starter. $20 a month, or $16 a month billed yearly ($192 a year). 1 published project, 3 project drafts, 100 credits a month, all AI models, incl. Claude Opus, Claude Fable & GPT-6 Astra, and limited integrations.

Plus. $40 a month, or $32 a month billed yearly ($384 a year). 5 published projects, 15 project drafts, 500 credits a month, all AI models, incl. Claude Opus, Claude Fable & GPT-6 Astra, all integrations, and email support.

Pro. $100 a month, or $80 a month billed yearly ($960 a year). Unlimited published projects, unlimited project drafts, 2,000 credits a month, all AI models, incl. Claude Opus, Claude Fable & GPT-6 Astra, all integrations, and email support.

Starter includes Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Calendly, Cal.com, and HubSpot. Plus and Pro include every integration, and custom connections built for your account.

Credits

Credits measure the AI work behind your chats and changes, so bigger jobs use more. Phone calls never use credits. Credits on a paid plan reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). When they're used up, chats and edits wait until the next month, or until you move to a plan with more credits.

Phone calls to a published agent never use these credits. Those minutes are billed by Retell, in your own Retell account.

Practice calls in the browser are for trying an agent before it is on a real line. They are limited each day and reset at midnight UTC. They do not use your monthly credits.

Renewals and price changes

A subscription is charged when you check out, then again each month or year until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your agents are paused, not deleted.

We may change a price or retire a plan. We email you and show a notice in the product before we do.

Refunds

If your first charge goes through and you have not built an agent, email mail@buildtendo.com within 7 days of that charge. We refund that charge in full. This covers the first charge only, whether you paid monthly or yearly.

An agent you already created counts as built, including one you made on the free account before you subscribed. Later charges and renewals are not refunded this way. Time left after you cancel is not refunded either. You still keep the plan until the period you paid for ends.

Retell and the other services you connect bill you on their own. A Tendo refund does not cover those charges.
