The service

Tendo AI helps users build AI receptionists in their own connected service accounts. By using Tendo AI, you agree to provide accurate business information and to connect only accounts and credentials you are authorized to use.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the business information, connected account credentials, customer permissions, and call workflows you configure. AI receptionists built through Tendo AI may interact with real callers — you must ensure those interactions comply with applicable laws and your clients' policies.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations follow the plan selected at checkout. External services such as Retell AI, Square, Firecrawl, and OpenAI may have separate billing and terms that also apply.

New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial that requires a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan's recurring price is charged automatically on the trial end date and on each renewal after that. Each account is eligible for one trial. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which your agents are paused (not deleted) until a plan is active again. If your first charge goes through and you have not built an agent, contact us within 7 days of that charge for a full refund.

Pausing works by updating the agent in your Retell AI account: while paused, its instructions are replaced with a short “temporarily unavailable” script and its tools are disabled. Your original configuration is stored by Tendo and restored when a plan is active again. We may retire or change plans, including free plans, with notice by email and in the dashboard; accounts on a retired plan are paused the same way until they choose an available plan.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tendo AI to collect sensitive personal, medical, financial, or regulated information unless you have confirmed the required legal, compliance, and vendor agreements are in place. Contact support before production use in regulated industries or high-risk workflows.

Disclaimer

Tendo AI is provided as-is. While we work to deliver reliable builds and integrations, voice agents depend on third-party platforms and your configuration. You are responsible for testing agents before putting them in front of live callers.
